Notes: I’ve toured with Slipknot many times starting in 2004, and they are a super fun band to photograph. There’s so much to their stage show— crazy masks, various things being beaten on with baseball bats, fire, explosions, people jumping off really high stuff— it’s just wild. But my favorite thing I have ever seen them do is make it freaking snow onstage in the summer (I know how they do it, but I won’t spoil the secret here.) Such a cool effect, and it fits the song “Gently” perfectly.
